WCW: Rita Johnson-Mills

Rita Johnson-Mills is the CEO of United Healthcare Community Plan of Tennessee. After being told by a high school counselor "Black girls don't go to college", that lit a fire in her and she went on earn her Bachelor's and two Master's degrees. Spending over 25 years in the healthcare industry, she has reigned supreme in the business. She has received countless awards and recognition. Within two years of being in Nashville, she has been named one of the most powerful females. Recently, she was named one of the most admired CEO's and I am proud to call her auntie!
